Is there anyone out there ??

Ever since the last blog.. .. We found Roger a foster home.. the guy still is looking for a home.. .. its a deperate situation.. .. A puppy in really bad state.. Hope.. still had hopes of making it. .. I took her to the SPCA.. she seemed fine.. she came back and collapsed once she made it home.. big blow.

Kiera.. a sweet cat who found her way back 3 times.. from vile parle to ANdheri did it once again!.. the owners.. a##holes.. were contemplating poisoning or abandonding further away. No time to argue.. rescues the poor little one..she found a home but has issues adjusting there.. so on the look out again....

Tasha an lost German Shepard puppy found her way to us after a car accident.. After 3 weeks of treatment I finally sent out a message about her which travelled through facebook twitter orkut sms... bbm.. hotmail gmail you name it.. and 664 phone calls later. .. her original owners called.. we verified the ownership and left the poor girl back in their care .. ..

A litter of 1/4 Labs 6 of them need homes now.. ..
After endless running around grooming deworming..the works basically and help from Uma Aunty Gital Karuna Priyanka Neepa Kirsten Rushina .. ANd more who I may have missed they are now in Foster care.. 2 are adopted.. and 4 will be too soon enough.. .

2 more pups.. through ANu with Avantika.. suspected blind..but not.. ..looking for home for them too.. Blot dearest another incredible success story needs a home too.. .. Tejaswinis pups also fast adopted 2 still to go.. hopefully Prabhu will take one..

Pinca helped with one of the pups.. has a found a loving home with the desais.. shes like superwoman sometimes.. .. hot and cool.. ha pincas? ; )

Cruelty case at Khar..family neglected 6 month old German Shepard.. She passed away.. have the gaul to buy another lab pup.. (breeders listening??) will sue them to highest level.. ..

Calendar work falling behind need to study for exams.. .. new licence.. .. lose weight.. arrgh so much to do. ...

Went to Panchgini with Uma Aunty to drop a puppy to his new home.. came back same day.. . awesomely loving family..

2 am emergency TODAY.. cannot sleep still.. pups had bad case of worms.. Foster home freaked out.. . Gital helped me find karuna.. who agreed to take them at 2 am. .. went with Kirsten in an Auto and took them to Versova.. sneaked out sneaked back in.

... .. .. .. In short about the last two weeks.. definitely have a lot more to say and a lot more heart to pour out.. but i guess its just too much .. .. and the moment is required.. considering political support.. .. may get into politics myself.. only way to get bigger.. and cover my A@@ from freaks who can get vicious.. ..Anything for my babies.. .. will go to farthest lengths to protect them and get them love.. ..

NEED MORE HANDS..MORE MINDS..MORE HELP.. .. back breaking.. and sleepless nights not helping.. .. big shout out.. .. Anyone listening? ?

11.30 am - went with Taro to feed SNowy another distemper case. Reduced to bones, can hardly breathe but still lives.. .. forced some honey and milk down her with a syringe.. its 4.00 pm now and she is crying inconsolably in that chawl lane.. she can no longer walk, keep her eyes open, eat or breathe. Will put her put of her misery with a vets help soon. ...
12.00 pm - A buried alive cat in a bin, large tumour, covered in garbage.. Farida aunty Taro and I rushed.. she was faintly breathing.. could feel her heart.. . admitted to Ahimsa. Will leave our world in a few hours..

12.30 - Good news..Taffys sister Pepper Adopted in pune showing signs of recovery..
Fly is a little upset, She has VG (Vaginal Gonorrhoea) needs chemotherapy for two weeks.. .we'll get through it my love.. .. Fly is my love downstairs.

1.00 - spoke to Mr Anand about keepinf the kitten.. i think i succeeded in convincing him to do so. .. ..

Running a non profitable organisation.. for things people are too busy to care about.. (most people) . ... ..

Mother asks again, "When will you make any money ? you are 23 years old".. ..

6.00 pm Snowy is really really bad.. .. shes crying and crying.. .. i put her out of her misery, Euthanasia. Have cried now for 3 hours straight. Kirsten and Taro helped for company and with the procedure. God sent friends I have.

Come home to an amazing family. Mum wants to watch Desperate Housewives.. but falls asleep midway. Dad picking corn and eating cutely in the kitchen.. and Lil Rhea doing her belly dance in the room. Rush makes out with me, Whiney sleeps in my lap.. and Fly tells me Im the one. Mr Thomas closes it with telepathic butterflies.

Euthanasia, New Life and More ..

My body is shaking with tiredness, I've just come back from a job and my mother sits there.. asking me if I will ever bring any income.

I'm Ruchi Nadkarni. Owner of an NGO called 'World For All' which I fear sometimes is falling apart due to the lack of human resources for the work. I am the chaprasi and I am the President. Given up on a million dollar career because I realised that serving animals seemed to be the only thing that I could ever think of doing. I run around now everyday doing just that..
i used to be the girl that did imagine a high power career , designer dresses .. expensive shoes.. . you know 'The life' .. but i guess somewhere along the way i have come to realise.. especially when a pair of big brown one month old eyes stare at me.. that I could do without these things.
Mother said, Mrs X's son is a CA.. Mr's y's son is a designer.. they all earn their money and look at you, a university topper.. .. whiling away your time.

9.00 am - Taffy dead due to distemper, her lifeless body lies under a car, dogs ..they usually pass stool before they pass.. so there was.. also blood around her mouth. She was 6 months old, Had take her to Govandi yesterday to get her some glucose.
11 am - Two pups spunky and dodo wandering on the street tiny as my palm but more confident than Mr Trump.. . picked them up, found them a foster home for 7 days.
